At Random Access Meadery, we believe mead is more than a drink. It is a story waiting to be told. Our custom batch programme gives you the opportunity to collaborate directly with our meadmaker to craft a small batch mead that is uniquely yours.
Whether you have a flavour combination in mind, a special occasion to commemorate, or simply want something no one else has ever tasted, we will work with you from concept to bottle to bring your vision to life. Every custom mead we produce is handcrafted in the UK using quality ingredients.

Consultation
We arrange a call or meeting to talk through your ideas in detail, covering ingredients, sweetness level, ABV, bottle quantity, and any labelling requirements. No question is too small.
Crafting Your Mead
Our meadmaker gets to work. Small batch fermentation takes time, typically 8 to 12 weeks, to ensure your custom mead reaches its full potential. Good things cannot be rushed.
Delivery
Your finished bottles are carefully packaged and delivered to your door, ready to be shared, gifted, or savoured. Every bottle is a reflection of the brief you brought to us.
