We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18.
3. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and the actual product may vary slightly. We take great care to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. All deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 or over. If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
6. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Due to the nature of alcohol products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or undamaged products unless required by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Random Access Meadery and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
